Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) in Turku
It’s our pleasure to introduce you to the content-based language instruction organised by the city of Turku. Pupils in the comprehensive school have the opportunity to receive teaching in German, Russian, French, English and Swedish in several schools throughout the city.
Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) began in Turku as early as 1990, where it is exceptionally extensive in comparison with that offered both nationally and in the rest of Europe.
