Projektet inleddes med att &#8221;l\u00e4sambassad\u00f6rer&#8221; (studerande fr\u00e5n Katedralskolan i \u00c5bo) bes\u00f6kte varje klass, f\u00f6r att ber\u00e4tta hur mycket de l\u00e4ser i skolan och p\u00e5 fritiden. S:t Olofsskolans l\u00e4sprojekt \u00e4gde rum under sammanlagt 6 lektioner och i handplockade grupper.
