Nick visade eleverna hur man lagar egen pasta carbonara \u00a0&#8211; gott, smidigt och snyggt upplagt. Eleverna f\u00f6ljde intresserat med och Nick kunde l\u00e4tt h\u00e5lla deras intresse samt kommunicera med eleverna p\u00e5 ett avslappnat s\u00e4tt. Efter matlagningsdemonstration och smakprov s\u00e5 var det elevernas tur att tillreda mat. Till hans fina meriter g\u00e4llande matlagning kan t ex n\u00e4mnas att han g\u00e5tt i Atrias kockskola, vunnit t\u00e4vling i finaste matr\u00e4ttsbilden bland 98 andra kockar, varit med i kock tv programmet <em>&#8221;Mit\u00e4 t\u00e4n\u00e4\u00e4n sy\u00f6t\u00e4isiin?&#8221;<\/em> samt skriver artiklar till tidningen <em>Viinilehti.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nick po\u00e4ngterade bl a vikten av goda r\u00e5varor, r\u00e4tta redskap och hemlagad mat! Ut\u00f6ver det s\u00e5 sade han att man skall tro p\u00e5 sig sj\u00e4lv, alla klarar av det mesta om man verkligen vill!
