F\u00f6r att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra samarbetet kr\u00e4vs v\u00e5rdnadshavarnas delaktighet och egen aktivitet.<br>Leken \u00e4r f\u00f6r barnet ett naturligt s\u00e4tt att agera och den st\u00f6der barnets v\u00e4lbefinnande. Under v\u00e5rdperioden p\u00e5 sjukhuset och tiden efter sjukhusvistelsen har barnet m\u00f6jlighet att delta i dagv\u00e5rdsgruppens verksamhet via distans. Kontakten via distans kan genomf\u00f6ras antingen via tidigare inspelade videor eller s\u00e5 att barnet i realtid deltar i sm\u00e5barnspedagogikens verksamhetsstunder. Man kommer \u00f6verens om praxis individuellt tillsammans med v\u00e5rdnadshavarna p\u00e5 informations\u00f6verf\u00f6ringsm\u00f6tet.
